Sebastian Sheppard is a strategic advisor, business transformation expert, and former senior leader at Alpine Formula One, with nearly two decades of experience in high-pressure, high-performance environments. Born in Chile, he began his career as a helicopter pilot in the Royal Navy, later serving in both the Spanish and Chilean navies, where he developed a leadership style rooted in resilience, precision, and teamwork. After sixteen years of military service, Seb transitioned into the private sector, holding senior roles across aerospace and programme management with UTi Worldwide, SONACA, and Airbus before entering Formula One via Altran. He went on to serve as Engineering Manager at Alpine F1 from 2019, leading over 150 engineers in the design and development of racing cars under intense time constraints. Today, he is an advisory board member for GTS Group and Director of Seb Sheppard High Performance Consulting. A sought-after speaker and visiting lecturer at universities in Melbourne, Edinburgh, and Oxford, Seb also mentors for the African Leadership Academy and speaks for Young Lives vs Cancer.
